what inspires you? 

I am inspired daily by the history and culture created by Black people, and especially by Black women. From Fannie Lou Hamer to Ava Duvernay and even my co-workers, I am amazed by how Black women continue to create spaces and thrive even though the odds are stacked against us. 

why are you interested in haircare?  

My interest in haircare comes from the stigma around natural hair. I’ve been natural my entire life, and my hair has always been part of who I am. I’ve experienced the growing pains of learning to accept, appreciate, and love my kinks. And my hope is for little girls to experience a world that helps them see how beautiful their hair is. 

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product?

The Too Thicke Deep Conditioner is THAT GIRL and no one can tell me otherwise. Been natural all my life and the deep conditioner definitely has the best slip I’ve ever experienced! 

 

what inspires you? 

My daily inspiration comes from three people My Queen, a.k.a my mommy, Queen Bey, and Andre Leon Talley. Let his fashionable soul rest in peace. These individuals, especially my mom, push through all the odds and overcome significant obstacles to get where they are in life, and it's motivational and inspirational to see. 

why are you interested in haircare?  

I love black women. I love making black women feel beautiful and encouraging them to be their best and haircare does that. 

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product?

Hi! My name is Sarah & I’m your influencer manager!

Things I love…. All things girly! Flowers, picnics, kitties and time with my girlfriends to name a few. Writing. I love her the most!

what inspires you? 

Life itself & connecting with others. I love being an influencer manager because I love working with the ladies.

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product? 

My favorite 4C ONLY product is the shampoo! It’s such an experience. It feels rich, luxurious, and creamy. Usually shampoos dry my hair out, but this one feels like a massage. I love that for me & everyone who uses 4C ONLY. Also, the liquid poo is the girl too. I love a good protective style 80% of the year. 

 

what inspires you? 

I get inspiration from the world around me and I love watching Black women succeed in their craft. I love listening to them share their stories through different sources of media, like Issa Rae, Beyonce, Ziwe, and Glory Edim, they continuously change the narrative and perspective of what it means to be a successful Black woman in modern America.

why are you interested in haircare?  

I love representing Black women in my art by showcasing the beauty and softness that we have. Hair is an extension of that. It’s something that connects the diaspora while also creating individuality and sub-cultures. Black hair is a strong part of Black womanhood, and the evolution of it has always fascinated me and has encouraged me to explore more with my own identity and how I express myself. I just want to bring that education, confidence that I have with my own hair to other Black women around the world. And I’m excited to do that with 4C ONLY.

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product?

My favorite products, because I can’t just have one, are the Too Thicke Deep Conditioner and the Too Fresh Liquid Poo… aaannd the Too Soothing Mint Serum. I am a low maintenance natural that loves wigs, head-wraps and braids so these three products help me maintain moisture and reduce the “weave pats” by keeping my scalp fresh.

 

what inspires you? 

I am inspired by many things, most of the things that move me deal with film and crafting stories. Seeing how different people stories have a common thread that runs them. Over the years I realized that telling black stories specifically excite me the most and continue to keep me creating. Watching success stories like Quinta Brunson, and also enjoying the way she has elevated content keeps me inspired.

why are you interested in haircare?  

For the longest time I honestly was not that interested in haircare. As long as my hair was cute I was happy. However working with a company like 4C only has helped me to truly understand the importance of hair care and how it is so closely connected to self care and confidence.

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product?

My favorite product would have to be the Too Thick Deep conditioner. One thing I have learned over the years is that I always need a bomb conditioner and the Too Thicke deep conditioner is just that.

 

what inspires you? 

Im a creative by nature so anything related to the arts inspires me; music, dance, literature etc. Sometimes in order for me to get my creative juices flowing I’ll play Alice Coltrane or Ahmad Jamal Trio and sketch or stick my nose in a good book.

why are you interested in haircare?  

 I started to take an interest in haircare when I became pregnant with my daughter. Growing up I had no idea what my hair looked like because it was either braided, relaxed, or under a weave. But when I knew I was about to become a mother, I felt that it was important for me to learn how to care for my hair so that I could teach my child the same. To me, the way you care for your hair is just as important as how you care for yourself. It requires consideration, patience and love to grow and be healthy; that’s pretty interesting in my opinion!

what’s your favorite 4C ONLY product?

 Hands down the Deep Conditioner! Every time I’ve used it my hair is so soft and I can’t stop touching it. The way my hair clumps together when I put the deep conditioner in often makes me want to leave it in and not rinse it out!
